Jim Madderom

 

Jim started his career in the Construction Industry working as Laboratory Manager for Solvay Inc., an International Chemical and Pharmaceutical Company.  Jim created and ran a laboratory built for the testing and development of construction-based chemicals in Cleveland, Ohio.  While in this position, Jim developed a new line of concrete and construction chemical enhancements serving the Ready Mixed Concrete Industry as well as creating building refinements and practices used world wide. 

• In 1988 Jim created the exterior finish used for the U.S. Embassy in Cairo, Egypt.  When Solvay was purchased by Axim Technologies, another International Chemical Company, Jim served as Regional Manager for New Market Development in Cincinnati, Ohio.

•  

•     -In 1990 Jim became General Manager of Allega Concrete Corporation of Cleveland, Ohio; a Ready Mixed Concrete Producer, General Contractor, and the largest Highway Paving Contractor in Northern Ohio.  During Jim’s time at Allega, he managed steady growth of the company from (1) concrete plant to (4) plants with multiple concrete mixers.  Jim managed such projects as the building of Jacob’s Field, Home of the Cleveland Indians, as well as many other major commercial building developments.  Jim managed other large construction projects throughout the Midwest such as Long-Span Bridge Construction, a major expansion to the Mall of America, and the Park ‘N’ Fly Parking Structure in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

•     -In 1995 Jim moved to Atlanta, GA and started work for AT&T Global Networks.  Shortly thereafter Jim founded his first company, National Wireless Corporation.  National Wireless quickly grew with offices in Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX, Sacramento and San Francisco, which served the Bay Area in California.  Jim has managed retail, single source wireless portals, wireless bill consolidation, and service and sales for some of the largest corporations in the U.S. 

Jim currently owns or is partnered in several communications-based companies.  Jim has been in the Communications and Wireless Industry for 14 years and has partnerships, directly or indirectly, with most Wireless Carriers and Master Agents throughout North America.

 

 

Dan Nestor

 

With 18 years experience in IT hardware manufacturing and distribution, Dan has experience in all aspects of procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and infrastructure design. Since 1991, Dan has successfully launched and built several companies in the OEM PC and Server arena while broadening product offerings to include all aspects of the Layered Network within SMB, Educational, and Fortune 1000 End-Users.

As a founding member of the North American System Builder Association (NASBA) Dan has been instrumental in helping manufacturers and distributors create and implement channel programs to maximize their marketing budgets while increasing channel-specific market share. Dan has served on many advisory boards for manufacturers to include:

•     -Logitech

•     -AMD

•     -Intel

Dan currently operates various companies in the security and IP video surveillance business as well as structuring cabling sector with emphasis on Data center design, UPS battery installations and removal / recycling of e-Waste products.
